Do you ship flowers?
We ship flowers to retail customers and to wholesale florists and designers nationwide. If you are a retail customer, head over to our shop to see what's in season and available. If you are a florist or designer looking to sign up for a wholesale account, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do once I receive my package?
We ship our flowers tight to ensure the longest vase life possible.Give the stems a fresh cut upon arrival to allow for proper water absorption and rehydrate the flowers for 3+ hours for optimal beauty. Follow the care sheet included in the shipping box to keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible.
Do not store flowers in your refrigerator as ethylene gas released from produce will speed up the maturation process, killing the flowers prematurely. If you are storing your flowers, be sure to use a cooler dedicated to flowers.
The beauty of dahlias makes their shorter vase life worth it; they should last 5-7 days if cared for properly.
Grower's choice means that we choose the best flowers to send you and you get to pick the week number and we do the rest. We will not reship if you are unhappy with our designers selections.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.
Do you take special orders?
We do not offer custom orders. Our retail options are available on our website and in the Farmstand located at our home farm.
If you are a florist or designer looking to place an order for an upcoming event, please submit your order through our wholesale shop. If you do not have access to the wholesale site, send us an email.
How long will my flowers take to arrive once they ship?
Fresh flowers are shipped using priority overnight shipping. They are fresh cut and packaged the day we send them out and will arrive the day after the tracking information is sent. Our flowers are packaged with ice packs and fresh wraps are used as needed to keep the stems hydrated. Certain flowers, like tulips, anemones, and ranunculus may not be fresh wrapped. Please trust that we know which flowers can be shipped with or without a water source and follow the instructions for rehydrating.
Do you deliver to me?
We offer local delivery to Columbus and surrounding areas for a $15 fee. To order for local delivery, enter the delivery address at checkout and select the local delivery option. If there is no option for local delivery, the address is outside of our delivery zone and must be shipped.
We deliver north to Westerville/Powell; east to Granville; south to Canal/Carroll; and west to Dublin/Hilliard; and everywhere in between!
Can I pickup my order?
We no longer offer a pick up option, but you are welcome to visit our Farmstand open Thursday & Friday 11:00am-5:00pm and on Saturday 9:00am-1:0pm.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we have minimized the amount of plastic we use in our shipping program. We utilize paper tape to seal our boxes, Kraft paper to wrap our bundles, and sustainable fresh wraps to keep the flowers hydrated. These fresh wraps can also be reused for foam-free design. You may receive a shipping box that has a different logo or includes bubble wrap or other non-paper packaging that we have previously received and are reusing to reduce our consumption. We encourage you to repurpose your packing materials as well. Save and send back your ice packs and we’ll credit your next invoice!
