Ranunculus Corms
We are excited to offer our favorite ranunculus that we've been saving over the years. Our homegrown corms are mix of Amandine, Elegance, and La Belle--we don't see enough of a difference between these varieties to keep them separated, and we do not grade them. These varieties are all tried and tested on our farm, making them great for cut flowers with long, durable stems, good bloom size, and a long vase life.
Ranunculus can be grown in heated or unheated structures, but in our zone 6a or colder, they need to be grown under cover of some sort. We've read that they can go outside for fall planting in zones 8-10, but they are still best grown in some kind of structure. If you are a home gardener, you can create a little caterpillar tunnel with bows or use a cold frame.
